BOW & Co. offers digital gift cards.
Our gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with your unique gift card code that can be used at checkout. No physical card will be mailed.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
Yes! Simply forward the email to the recipient, or enter their email address at checkout if prompted.

Yes! Simply select in-store pickup at checkout. If you select Apple Pay at checkout, make sure to scroll down and change the “method” from flat rate shipping to in-store pick up!

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive a notification via email when your order is ready!

We accept returns for store credit within seven days of delivery or pickup. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
ON SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return however may be eligible for size exchange depending on available stock.
